how do these 'drops' work?
The way it works is I basically just make whatever colours and shapes I think look cool, and then release them in one-off drops. Everything is one-of-one, meaning there will be variations in structure and shape to the bags pictured- but I think that’s what makes them special and unique. Plus it means that no one else will have the exact same bag as you.

do you ship internationally?
shipping is available to NZ and australia only.

what are the bags made from?
All bags are made from t-shirt yarn that is recycled from textile off-cuts. So when you buy a CLOUDIE bag you can pretty much say you're helping to save the planet, girl math.

what if my bag is faulty?
I put a lot of time and care into handcrafting each bag so that would by super unfortunate if one was faulty HOWEVER these things can happen. Please send me an email at hello@cloudiebyclaud.com or DM on Instagram and I'd be happy to sort it out for you.

can I order a specific colour or style?
Unfortunately I'm currently not doing made to order bags, (bit of a logistical nightmare tbh) but if you are desperately wanting a specific colourway or style for some special reason I miiiight be able to help - flick me an email at hello@cloudiebyclaud.com or DM on Instagram

can I get a refund or exchange?
No can do on refunds unfortunately but I'd be happy (but also low key sad) to accept your bag back for a store credit or exchange (pending stock at the time of exchange.) Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase. please email hello@cloudiebyclaud.com to arrange an exchange.

How do I wash my bag?
Your bag can be spot cleaned with a damp cloth and a gentle soap (I recommend Sard Wonder Soap). If a deeper clean is required, your bag can be gently hand-washed in warm soapy water. Squeeze it in a towel to remove excess water (do not wring), gently pull it back into shape and leave it in a warm, dry place out of direct sunlight for a couple of days to dry. Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
